    KEY REQUIREMENTS
    • Accounting Knowledge – B.com/LCCI level 3

    • Basic English communication skill

    HIGHLIGHT RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Payment arrangement (domestic, overseas) at bank counter or i-Banking
    • Cash Book or any other system recording daily transactions and maintenance accurately
    • Preparing Daily /Monthly Cash Flow Report
    • Checking Payment data and adjustment in the system and report
    • SAP TRM data entry
    • Funding process management (Interest and Prepare Roll Over Document)
    • Follow up and Prepare Documents relating loan to Authorities
    • Daily preparation of personal loan and staff loan for All Branches
    • Monthly Bank Statement issue (all bank) and quarterly bank confirmation (all bank) issue
    • Issuing invoices to relevant companies
    • Handling petty cash
    • Response for Internal and External audit requirements
    • Administrative work-related finance
    • Any other matters in association with Finance
    KEY REQUIREMENTS
    • Accounting Knowledge – B.com/LCCI level 3
    • Working experience at least 3 years in Finance or Account field
    • Basic English communication skill
    • MS Office especially skilled in Excel
    • Having experience of supervising staffs (Preferable)

    We are actively recruiting for active and passionate new members to join our team!

    HIGHLIGHT RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Managing Cash matter by Daily and Monthly, and report to Management
    • Oversee and manage day to day operation.
    • Check and approve in Approval system.
    • Monitoring and do enhancement (if any) on all relevant operation system of A&F Department.
    • Manage Payment transfer (domestic, overseas) at bank or by iBanking
    • Funding process management (Loan facilities / Drawdown/ Rollover) with Banks
    • Monitoring and updating on all Manual and SOP by aligning with group and operational requirement.
    • Manage and monitoring on Government matter relating with A&F Department.
    • Oversee and manage on all audit matter such as internal and external.
    • Prepare and submit for all tax matter.
    • Preparing financial report monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
    • TRM module and other relevant in SAP system.
    • Preparation and meet deadline for Group report.
    • Preparation management report like Risk Management report, BOD and AGM.
    • Support Budget creation and Mid-term plan and updating Budget control file Monthly.
    • Implement for staff skill development plan and provide proper training.
    • Monitoring and keep good relationship with all banks.
    • Any Ad hoc duties by Management.
    KEY REQUIREMENTS
    • Accounting knowledge – B. Com or CPA or ACCA III.
    • Working experience at least 7 years in A&F.
    • Advanced English-communication skill
    • MS Office - Especially skilled in Excel and Power Point
    • Must have ERP system knowledge.
    • Able to work under pressure.
    • External Audit experience having person is preferable.

    HIGHLIGHT RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Assist in Audit matter such as Internal and External.
    • Checking the delinquency in AFS.
    • Prepared the monthly FRD report.
    • Preparation Receivable status report.
    • Calculate the quarterly surplus/deficit income.
    • Compulsory saving checking and uploading process.
    • Preparation assigned Government report.
    • Check and approve in approval system.
    • SAP Data entry into the system.
    • Any ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.
    KEY REQUIREMENTS
    • B. Com, B. Act, LCCI Level 3, ACCA part-I
    • Working experience at least over 4 years in an accounting operation and financial reporting field.
    • Organizational and communication skills
    • Intermediate English-communication skill
    • MS Office (Especially Excel computation)
    • SAP system knowledge is Preferable
